Orders placed after 2pm PST, Monday-Friday, weekends or holidays, will ship the following business day. Givens and Company does not ship on major holidays or weekends. Due to various state regulations, gift baskets containing WINE/ALCOHOL may only be shipped to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, HI, ID, IL, IA, IN, LA, MN, MO, NC, NH, NE, NV, NM, ND, OH, OR, TX, VT, WI, WV, WY. *An adult signature (over 21) is required to complete delivery for all wine shipments. We recommend shipping to a business address wherever possible to insure a signature and timely delivery.
