12 Months of Flowers

Enjoy a full year of beauty and giving with Griffin’s Floral Design & Wine Shops while supporting your Local Organization! Each card entitles the holder to one fresh, seasonal wrapped bouquet ($15 value) per month for 12 months—a total of $180 in flowers. Your purchase supports your local organization, with $15 from every card sold going directly toward their fundraising efforts. Your Organization has requested your card will be mailed directly to you via UPS post office.

How It Works:

• Click purchase and complete ALL steps on checkout
  • If it is a gift you want mailed directly to the recipient, you will need their name mailing address, and phone.
  • For the delivery date, choose tomorrow.
  • If it is not a gift, you will use your name and address as the recipient address
  • For the card message, type a card if it is a gift, if it is for you, you can leave it blank
• Valid for 12 months from issue date
• One bouquet per calendar month (missed months can not be made up)
• In-store pickup only—card must be presented in person
• Not valid Feb. 13–14 or for delivery
• Lost/damaged cards won’t be replaced
• No cash value, no refunds are allowed
• Purchased cards will be mailed directly to you
