Komen Foundation, with $15 from every card sold going directly toward their fundraising efforts. Your card can be picked up at a location of your choice (choose below) when picking up your 1st months bouquet starting in JUNE 2026.

How It Works:

• Valid for 12 months from issue date in May of 2026
• One bouquet per calendar month (missed months can not be made up)
• In-store pickup only—card must be presented in person
• Not valid Valentine's or Mother's Day weeks
• Lost/damaged cards won’t be replaced
• No cash value, no refunds are allowed
• Purchased cards should be picked up at location you choose below
